We usually ship all our orders within 24-48 working hours but due to sudden surge in orders kindly expect your orders to be dispatched within 4-5 working days and most of the orders are delivered within 5 working days post dispatch.

Use a thin damp cloth to clean the body of the bag.
Do not hand wash or tumble dry the bag.
Use fillers to stuff the bag when not in use.

For the first wash we recommend getting the garment dry cleaned or petrol washed in order to avoid color bleeding.
Wash using cold water & use a gentle detergent formulated to work in cold water.
