Why is there a shade/ pattern placement difference?
Since all our products are handmade and hand cut, the layering of the patterns might be slightly different from the images shared on the website. This further makes all our products unique yet similar to each other.
Images uploaded on the website is the closest match of the actual color of the product and a slight difference can be noticed between the product image and the actual product due to different resolution of your device and camera used by us.
When will the OUT OF STOCK products come back in stock?
Since we make very limited edition bags, and in small quantities we usually restock most of our bags within 25-40 days. For your convenience we have added an option on all our products which are out of stock, where you can mention your name and Email, you will receive an email once that product is back in stock.

How do I track my order?
If the order is dispatched:- You will receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking details on your registered Email ID. You can track your order using the link on your Email ID.
If the order is not dispatched:-We usually dispatch all the orders within 48 working hours, kindly wait for the shipping confirmation email sent from our side along with the tracking details.
How to avail Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹ 4000. A shipping charge of ₹ 90 on orders upto ₹ 1000 and ₹ 150 on orders upto ₹ 4000.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Depending upon your location, the product is delivered to you between 4-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We usually dispatch all the orders within 48 hours unless it is on PRE-ORDER.
What do I do if the order lost in transit?
Kindly reach out to us on email care@maishalifestyle.com immediately if your order is lost in transit. We will initiate a full refund incase you don’t wish to exchange it with any other product.
NOTE: It can take upto 10 days for us to track process the refund in case your order is lost in transit.
What do I do if I have not received my order within 10 days?
We take full responsibility to make sure your order reaches you on time, but in very few instances we have noticed the courier partner has delayed the delivery.
Kindly reach out to us on email care@maishalifestyle.com immediately if your order shows in transit for more than 10 days after receiving the order shipping details on your email.
NOTE: It can take upto 10 days for us to track and deliver your order if the order is stuck/ lost in transit.
RETURN/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
When will I receive my cashback on my pre-paid order?
The cash-back offers were active till 15th August Midnight. All the orders placed after 15th August is not eligible for any cash-back.
It can take upto 48 working hours for us to issue a unique coupon code for you, it will be sent to you on WhatsApp or email. This coupon is valid for next 30 days and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or cannot be used to receive any kind of money back from our website.
When can I cancel my order without being charged?
You can cancel your order yourself within 8 hours of placing your order on our website and before receiving a dispatch notification on your email.
If 8 hours have passed and you have not received any shipment confirmation you can contact us immediately on care@maishalifestyle.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9879779883.Our team will help you cancel your order.
How to receive a refund of a cancelled paid order?
If you have successfully cancelled your paid order yourself, kindly reach out immediately on care@maishalifestyle.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9879779883.Our team will have initiate a refund which can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your source account.
If I receive a wrong/ damaged product?
All the orders are carefully checked and inspected before dispatch, incase you have received wrong or defective product kindly do not panic. First initiate the return/ exchange request from HERE.
Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours and help solve your query by initiating a return pickup followed by either refunding you the full amount paid or exchange it with a new product of your choice of the paid value.This process can take upto 10-14 days upon initiating the process. We will bear all the to and fro shipping if any.
Till when can I initiate a return/ exchange request?
Every order placed on our website is eligible for return/ exchange only within 15 days of delivery. Since our products are handmade, and requires certain care, if you have used the product which has stains or beyond repair we will not be able to accept your return or exchange request.
Do I need to send the products back myself if I want to return/exchange?
YES. incase you don’t like our product/s or you are not satisfied with your purchase we give you all the rights to return the products back to our warehouse within 15 days from the delivery date. In such cases we cannot initiate a return pickup for you, once you have sent the product back at our warehouse our team will inspect the quality of the received product and get back to you.
NOTE: It can take upto 5 working days for our team to get back to you once the product is delivered.
What orders are eligible for REFUND?
All PRE-PAID orders which are returned to our warehouse within 15 days of delivery are eligible for refund at the source account.
All COD orders are NOT eligible for any refund. They can only be substituted with another product of equivalent value or a coupon code will be provided to you upon successful delivery of your returned items.
How much time does it take to process a refund/ exchange?
It can take upto 7 working days for us to confirm and initiate a refund/ exchange for your order upon receiving the product back at our warehouse.
