- For the first wash we recommend getting the garment dry cleaned or petrol washed in order to avoid color bleeding.
- Wash using cold water & use a gentle detergent formulated to work in cold water.

The bag I received looks old, used and faded.
The bag I received was faded. I requested for an exchange but the team is reluctant to it. They are happy to receive orders but not ready to exchange. There are 3 different shades of material on the bag and the colour is faded. When asked for exchange, every time I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours. It’s already been 9 days and this is the reply I am getting now.
‘All our bags have a disclaimer that the original bag and the pictures will have slight variation.
This bag is amongst our best seller and we haven’t received a single complaint regarding the colour being faded/ different.
We can arrange an exchange for you but please note that it’ll be the exact same colour as you’ve received right now.
The shades are a part of the beauty of our bags. Please understand that these are all handmade and handwoven bags the textures make them different.
That is our fabric. We’ve given shades to the yarns from which this bag is made. Making This is how we’ve designed the bag. The yarns are dyed in shades and then woven together to give that effect.’
