Shipping Info:
- We usually ship all our orders within 24-48 working hours and most of the orders are delivered within 4-5 working days post dispatch.
Wash care instructions for Handbags:
- Use a thin damp cloth to clean the body of the bag.
- Do not hand wash or tumble dry the bag.
- Use fillers to stuff the bag when not in use.
- Do not dry clean.
Wash care instructions for Apparels:
- For the first wash we recommend getting the garment dry cleaned or petrol washed in order to avoid color bleeding.
- Wash using cold water & use a gentle detergent formulated to work in cold water.

Please note: Many Shipments to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are not being picked up by our regular courier partners due to operational issues. This issue is faced by most of the couriers and the only option is to send the same by India post. The delivery is getting delayed by 1-2 weeks in many cases.
